Libya: GNA launch a new operation to capture Sirte

The Government of National Accord (GNA) sources have claimed that residents and leaders of the Sirte city sent a letter on surrender of the city to GNA forces without clashes; however the claim has not been confirmed so far.
The interesting point about this operation is existence of two bases of al-Ghardabiya in Sirte and al-Jufra in Wudan, that hosts Russian forces. Also, new Russian fighter jets have been settled in al-Jufra, and in the coming days we should see that LNA and Russia how will react to GNA operation in the area.
