US CENTCOM Commander Visits Pakistan

General Michael Erik Kurilla, Commander of US Army Central Command (CENTCOM), met with General Asim Munir, Commander of Pakistan Army and other officials of this country’s army in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
During this trip, Kurilla visited Pakistan’s border areas in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and discussed with the Pakistani authorities about the border challenges of this region, including the terrorist operations of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and border conflicts with the Afghan Taliban.
