Who is Marhaf Abu Qasra?
Marhaf Abu Qasra was born in Halfaya, Hama Province, and holds a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Agriculture at Damascus University. He is a close associate of Abu Muhammad Al-Julani, the leader of Tahrir al-Sham, and has held several key positions within the terrorist group, including commander-in-chief of the military branch and director of military operations. Abu Qasra also maintains close ties with Turkey.
