Iran’s Quds Force Commander in Afghanistan!

After photos of meeting between General Ghaani and Muhammad Taher Zahir, governor of Bamian are released, foreign ministry and security departments of Afghanistan are investigating the case.

This meeting happened in July 2018 when General Ghaani was introduced as Mr. Ismaili, deputy of Iran’s ambassador, participated in inauguration of the hospital Iran built and waited ten years for the inauguration.
He met with the governor for ten minutes and emphasized to build the second hospital.
