ISWNews Analysis Group: Mohammed Tawfiq Allawi, Iraqi PM entered parliament for the vote of confidence to his cabinet.
When he entered, al-Kaabi, vice speaker of the parliament welcomed him instead of Halbusi.
While parliament is supposed to vote for the confidence of the cabinet today, some groups try to postpone the voting.
