Latest Updates on Yemen, 20 February 2021

1- Marib:
– Ansar Allah retreated from several points near Marib Dam but captured most of Talaat al-Hamra mountain. Clashes continue in al-Zour, al-Hamajara areas.
– Clashes between Ansar Allah and Saudi-led forces continued on the eastern front of Madghal district.
– Saudi coalition warplanes bombed Sarwah district in Marib province 3 times in the past 24 hours.

2- Dhale’:
– Mansour Hadi forces attacked Ansar Allah positions on Maris front.
“Harith Fazl al-Namiri”, one of the Mansour Hadi commanders was killed during clashes with Ansar Allah on Maris front.
– Southern forces attacked Ansar Allah positions east of al-Fakhir and Beit al-Sharji.

3- Al-Jawf:
Ansar Allah drones attacked Saudi coalition rallies in al-Nudhud mountain. As fighting continued in the area, Ansar Allah succeeded to recapture al-Nudhud mountain agian.

4- Al-Hudaydah:
– Saudi-led forces violated the ceasefire 114 times in the past 24 hours.
– Saudi coalition drones bombed Ansar Allah positions in the suburbs of Hays 3 times.

5- Various Yemeni parties and Ansar Allah’s political bureau issued a statement against the ISIS presence in Marib and condemned Saudi coalition for using terrorists in Marib battles.
