ISWNews Analysis Group: Due to Taliban’s heavy attacks in Baghlan province, Dolat Shah district and Alinagar area were occupied by the militants.
1- Laghman:
– Dolat Shah was completely occupied by Taliban and they plundered the army equipment and IFVs. The photo.
– Upon retreat of security forces from several areas in Alinagar, seven stations and watch points were occupied by Taliban.
2- Maidan Wardak:
– According to local officials remarks, Dare Sanglakh and four stations in Jalriz were occupied by Taliban.
– Air raid on Taliban positions by air force in Jalriz.
3- Helmand:
– Afghanistan DM claimed to bomb position of a field commander of Al Qaeda and killing five terrorists in Garmsir.
– Due to a mine explosion in Lashgar Gah road, 11 civilians killed.
4- Jozjan:
Due to an IED explosion in a vehicle in Sheberghan an DA was killed.
5- Due to Afghanistan DM, in the conflict between the army and Taliban in the last 24 hours in provinces Nangarhar, Maidan Wardak, Ghazni, Logar, Khost, Zabul, Kandahar, Badghis, Farah, Herat, Balkh, Kunduz, Helmand, Badakhshan, Baghlan and Kabul, 176 Taliban killed and 112 wounded.
