Breaking: Rocket attacks on US positions at Balad Airbase

ISWNews Analysis Group: The Iraqi resistance groups targeted positions of US forces at Balad Airbase in Salah al-Din province with several rockets.
According to initial reports, five rockets were fired at Balad Airbase, and the Americans suspended their military operations. No casualties were reported at the time of the attack.
The Balad Airbase has a long history for the rocket and drone attacks. On May 3, in a similar attack, the Iraqi resistance groups attacked Sally Porter’s military contractors at Balad Airbase with nine Katyusha rockets.
