Taliban infiltration operation at Kunduz airport

A Taliban spokesman claimed that members of the group had destroyed two US-made Black Hawk helicopters at Kunduz airport during an infiltration operation. He did not provide further details about the operation.

It is worth mentioning that during the recent Taliban operation in northern Afghanistan, all districts of Kunduz province except the center of this province have been captured by the Taliban. The Afghan army has so far made no attempt to lift the ground siege of Kunduz province, and if the situation continues, it will be easy for the Taliban to capture the city.
