Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip

ISWNews Analysis Group: Last night, Israeli warplanes targeted the “al-Qassam Brigades” in Arin base, west of Nuseirat Camp with at least 3 missiles in the center of the Gaza Strip.

Israeli warplanes fired three missiles at the Arin base, causing a fire at the base. Two other points in western and southwestern Gaza were also targeted. So far, the Israeli attacks have not caused any casualties.

The Badr military base belonging to al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, was also targeted by Israeli warplanes in the southern Gaza Strip with three missiles.

Following the raising tensions, senior Israeli Army commanders decided to send reinforcements to the border areas with Gaza and ordered the increase of Iron Dome defense systems deployment in southern occupied Palestine.

Egypt and the United Nations, on the other hand, are in talks with the two sides to prevent escalating tensions in the Gaza Strip.

According to data obtained by ISWNews, the Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip took place after the flight of the spy drones and reconnaissance operations over different areas of Gaza. The list of flights of Israeli spy drones in recent hours is as follows:
1- 22:09 – A Hermes 450 drone flies over the northern regions of the Gaza Strip.
2- 22:58 – A Hermes 450 drone flies over the northwestern regions of Khan Yunis.
3- 23:49 – Spy drones continue to fly over the northern regions of the Gaza Strip.
4- 00:03 – A spy drone flew over Gaza.
5- 00:10 – A low-altitude spy drone flies over different parts of the Gaza Strip.
6- 00:27- Continuation of the flight of the spy drone over the city of Gaza.

The Israeli army announced that in response to the wounding of one of its military forces on the Gaza border, Israeli warplanes targeted four positions in the Gaza Strip.
