3 Syrian Civilians Injured In Israeli Strike On Homs
ISWNews Analysis Group – The Israeli regime’s fighter jets fired some missiles towards targets in Syria’s Homs Governorate, which left three Syrian civilians wounded.
According to an informed military source in Syria, the Zionist enemy fired a few missiles towards certain targets in Homs city from northern Lebanon at 00:50 a.m. local time, but the Syrian air defense succeeded in destroying most of the missiles.
The air raid led to injuries of three civilians as well as explosion of a gas tank and damages of a number of trucks, the source added.
More information has not been released yet, but it is said that positions of the Syrian army in Shinshar Village, located in southern areas of Homs province, were pounded in the air strike by the Israeli fighter jets.
The new aggression of Israel on Syria is the sixth attack of its kind by the Zionist regime against the Arab country over the past two weeks.
It is worth mentioning that the fighter jets of the Israeli regime’s army fired a number of missiles to hit certain targets in southern Syria in response to a rocket attack from the Syrian soil towards the occupied Golan Heights on April 9, 2023.
