Attack On Israeli Intelligence Base In Eritrea; An Israeli Officer Was Killed
Israeli forces stationed at a military outpost in Eritrea were attacked by unknown gunmen. An Israeli military officer was killed in the course of this attack.
According to local sources, the Israeli military outpost in the Dahlak Archipelago in Eritrea was attacked. Also, there are news about Ansar Allah’s missile attack on this area, which is not confirmed.
Since 2016, the Israeli regime has set up a large intelligence base on Mount Soira, 135 kilometers south of Eritrea’s capital Asmara. Mount Soira, with a height of 3018 meters, is the highest mountain in Eritrea. The purpose of this base is to monitor the Red Sea and control the Bab al-Mandab strait and sea traffic in the area.
