Yemeni Forces Target Ship Heading Towards Israeli Port: Yemen Army Spokesman
Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the spokesman for the Yemeni armed forces, announced the details of the new operation by the Yemeni Navy against ships bounds for ports occupied by the Israeli regime.
According to the statement, the Yemeni Navy attacked the CMA CGM TAGE container ship that was heading towards the Israeli occupied ports. This operation was carried out after the crew of the ship ignored warnings from the Yemeni Navy, including firing warning messages.
The Yemeni armed forces emphasized in the statement that as long as the necessary food and medicine for the Palestine people do not reach the Gaza Strip, they will continue to prevent Israeli ships or ships heading towards the Israeli-occupied ports from passing through the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea.
The Yemeni armed forces also added that any US aggression will not go unanswered and unpunished. The Yemeni armed forces warned the US enemy and others against any attack or action that shows protection of Israeli commercial ships.
Brigadier General Yahya Saree also concluded his statement by congratulating and expressing condolences to the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas on the martyrdom of senior political leader Saleh Al-Arouri and his martyred companions.
