Iraqi Security Delegation Visits Ain Al Asad Airbase

On February 29, a high-ranking Iraqi security delegation visited the US military area in Ain Al Asad Airbase in Anbar province of Iraq.
The delegation headed by Abdul Amir Rashid Yarullah, Chief of General Staff of the Iraqi Army and Qais Al Mohammadawi, Deputy Commander of the Joint Operations Headquarters of Iraq, entered Ain Al Asad Airbase
It is worth mentioning that according to the latest statistics, about 2,500 US servicemen are stationed in Iraq, and some of them are present at the Ain Al Asad.
It seems that the presence of senior Iraqi commanders in this base is in line with the agreement between Baghdad and Washington to gradually reduce the presence of American forces in Iraq.
