Russia Launches Massive Missile, Drone Strikes In Ukraine
The Russian Army launched one of the most massive attacks on the Ukrainian territory. The number of strikes is comparable to the massive attacks on the first months of the Russian operation.
On August 26, Russian forces launched several waves of devastating strikes within a few hours and suicide drones and missiles pounded Ukrainian military and industrial infrastructure across the country.
According to estimations, more than 60 missiles and 100 UAVs were launched in the morning. Dozens of Ukrainian cities were covered with smoke as a result of large explosions.
The targeted areas and cities are as follow: Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lutsk, Rivne, Ternopil, Khmelnitsky, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Kiev, Kirovograd, Odessa, Krivyi Rih, Zaporozhye, Dnipro, Kremenchug, Mirgorod, Chernihiv, Poltava, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv.
