Deployment of Internal Security Forces in Gaza
Following the ceasefire and the beginning of the return of displaced to Gaza City, internal security forces affiliated with Hamas have been deployed in several areas of the city. This move aims to facilitate the return of refugees & ensure security across Gaza.
The deployment of Hamas internal security forces throughout Gaza Strip reflects a rapid and organized reconstruction of the region’s security infrastructure. The return of displaced Palestinians to their homes—facilitated by these forces—could mark a turning point in the social and psychological recovery of the community.
