ISWNews Analysis Group: Libyan National Army (LNA) commander Khalifa Hafter visits Cairo and meets with Abdul Fattah al-Sisi.
It is said he had a secret negotiation with Sisi to prevent Turkish intervention in Libya.
He also called for Egypt’s help and military support for the Libyan National Army and lifting the weapons embargo on LNA.
