Syrian Air Defenses Thwarted Israel Airstrikes In Tartus (Videos)
Late on September 24, the Israeli army attacked Syria with at least 13 missiles and suicide drones. A large number of them (or all of them) were intercepted and destroyed by the Syrian army’s air defense systems over Tartus and Jableh.
The Syrian government has not yet released any statement. There was also no comment from the Israeli army, which does not usually claim responsibility for its attack against Syria.
It should be noted that the Russian Hmeimim base is located near the city of Jabaleh.
