On October 31, an attack by armed Takfiri groups on vehicles belonging to Shia passengers has left at least six civilian martyrs, three wounded and two missing on the road to the village of Ghoz Gari in the western outskirts of Parachinar, located in the Kurram District of the Kohat Division of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.
After heavy attacks by Takfiri tribes and militant groups against Shia residents in the Pakistani town of Parachinar, Kurram District in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the warring parties made peace and signed a ceasefire treaty with the mediation of the local tribal council (Jirga-e-Qaumi).
On the fourth day of the clashes, hundreds of Taliban militants from Afghanistan and other Takfiri groups crossed the border points of Dandpatan district in Paktia province and attacked the Shia village of Pewar in west of Parachinar town.
