Map: Start of a new round of advancements and operations by the Syrian Army in Idlib
This afternoon and tonight, Syrian army forces launched a new round of operations against terrorist groups in Idlib province and managed to free several new areas from the occupation of terrorists.
Hantunin village in north of Maarat al-Numan and Sheikh Damis, al-Naqir and Kafr Sajnah villages in north of Khan Sheikhun were liberated from occupation of Tahrir al-Sham.
Syrian army operations continue on several fronts and in several directions in Idlib province.
Also today, a Turkish army convoy consisting of several tanks and military equipment that had entered Ehsim village from the al-Baraah road was forced to withdraw after a serious warning by Russian warplanes and bombardment around the convoy. It is noteworthy that in the past few days, three Turkish tank crews were killed near Saraqib by the airstrikes.
