Terrorist attack on Afrin

ISWNews Analysis Group: At least 40 civilians, including 11 children, were killed on Tuesday in a terrorist attack in the Afrin city northwestern Syria.
So far, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack, however Turkey and Turkish backed forces blamed Kurdish groups for the attack.
