IED attacks on CIA near Camp Victory in Baghdad

The Saraya al-Muntaqim group said that members of the group entered the area despite heavy security measures around Victory Base, planted explosives and left the area without being monitored by security forces. The group also claimed that three Americans were killed in the attack.

It is noteworthy that this is the third attack by the Saraya al-Muntaqim group against foreign forces in Iraq in two days after its formation, which two of the attacks were carried out directly against American and British forces.
