Armenia denied Azerbaijan control over Hadrut
ISWNews Analysis Group: Earlier, Azerbaijan officials claimed to have captured Hadrut village south of Nagorno-Karabakh but the Armenian side published a video from inside Hadrut, rejecting Azerbaijan claims over the area.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev tweeted yesterday that the villages of Hadrut, Chayli, Yukhari Guzlek, Gorazilli, Gishlag, Garajali, Efendiler, Suleymanli and Sur have been taken over by Azerbaijani forces.
However, According to the released video, at least, it does not appear that Azerbaijani forces entered the village of Hadrut.
Ilham Aliyev has also announced in recent days in statements that Azerbaijani army has seized a number of other villages in the south of Karabakh which it was later revealed that these areas were not yet under the control of Azerbaijani forces or that progress had not been stabilized.
