Latest Updates on Marib front, 8 November 2020
ISWNews Analysis Group: Clashes between Ansar Allah and Saudi-led forces continue in the Madghal and Raghwan district in west of Marib province.
According to latest updates on west of Marib fronts, Ansar Allah ceased its attacks in western and southern axes of Maas base and continues from northern areas of Raghwan district and from the Madghal area.
According to ISWNews Analysis Group field source, lands and roads going to Maas base are mined by Saudi-led forces so Ansar Allah changed its direction and the conflicts are continuing in areas Wadi Halhalan, Asdas, north of Madghal and east of Maas base.
It seems Ansar Allah is trying to weaken the rebellious tribes of Raghwan district by pressuring the district and force Saudi coalition to retreat from Maas and southern front of it.
Maas base cleansing and surrounding area is not difficult for Ansar Allah but Ansar Allah tries to keep the base and infrastructure intact since opening Sanaa-Marib road requires a large base such as Mass base.
Saudi coalition warplanes bombed Raghwan and Madghal districts 20 times in the last 48 hours.
