ISWNews Analysis Group: The Taliban reportedly repelled Afghan Army attacks on Jalriz district.
1- According to the report of the Ministry of Defense of Afghanistan, during the recent clashes in Laghman, Ghazni, Wardak, Helmand, Badakhshan, Balkh and Kandahar provinces, 74 Taliban members were killed and 38 others were wounded.
2- Maidan Wardak:
The Taliban claimed to have repulsed Afghan Army attacks in Jalriz, killing 22 Afghan soldiers and destroying three armored vehicles. (image)
Taliban rocket attack on US base at Khost airport. The Taliban called the attack in response to the killing of 15 civilians in an attack by government and foreign forces on the district of Sabri.
According to local sources, the Taliban shelled a clinic in the district of Baraki Barak.
Molawi Abdul Samad Mohammadi, chairman of the Takhar Ulema Council, was killed in a car bomb blast.
Two people were killed and 16 others were injured in a terrorist explosion in Balkh city bazaar.

A military commander named Habib Mirzavalangi was killed and two others were wounded when a military vehicle exploded on Sare Pol road.
Afghan Army aircraft pounded Taliban positions in Chahe- Anjir area.
