Second Fatal Raid By Tehreek-E-Jihad Against Pakistan Army In Balochistan + Video
A raid by militants affiliated to the Tehreek-e-Jihad Pakistan (TJP) on a base belonging to the Pakistani armed forces in the Zhob district in Balochistan province left 34 people killed and injured.
ISWNews Analysis Group: As a result of the attack by militants of the Tehreek-e-Jihad Pakistan (a subsidiary of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan) on a Pakistani army base in the Zhob area of Balochistan province, 29 Pakistani soldiers and 5 militants of Tehreek-e-Jihad Pakistan were killed and wounded.
This is the second lethal raid by militants of Tehreek-e-Jihad Pakistan (TJP) on a Pakistani army base in Balochistan province in less than four months.
On May 12, militants of the group also assaulted a border military base of the Pakistani army in the town of Muslim Bagh, located in the Killa Saifullah District of Balochistan province, killing more than 30 Pakistani soldiers. During the raid some six militants from Tehreek-e-Taliban were also killed.
