Israeli Regime Carries Out Air Strike On Northern Damascus
Fighter jets of the Israeli regime’s army targeted some areas in southern Syria with missile fires early Tuesday morning, for the second time in the past 48 hours.
According to information disclosed by a military source, the Israeli regime targeted some areas in the suburbs of capital Damascus with an air strike from the occupied Golan Heights around 2:10 am (local time) on Tuesday.
The Syrian army’s air defense was able to destroy some of the Israeli army’s missiles, and this attack caused material damage, the military source went on to say.
More details have not been released, but it is said that the Yabroud area was the target of the Israeli fighter jets’ attack.
It is worth noting that on March 17, Israeli fighter jets had also targeted weapons depots in the Yabroud area and the Al-Nasiriyah military airport north of Damascus.
