Ansar Allah Movement Shoots Down 8th US MQ-9 Drone

This drone was spotted by the Yemeni air defense forces in the afternoon of the previous day and was hit by a surface-to-air missile. The wreckage of the drone crashed near a camp for Yemen internally displaced persons in the Al-Khaseef area in the Alwadi district of Marib Governorate.

This drone is the 8^th MQ-9 of the US Army that has been shot down during the Yemen war. Four out of this drones were downed after the start of the Yemeni military operation in support of Palestine.
