Israeli Forces Intercept Drone Targeting Gas Field In Mediterranean Sea (Video)

Avichai Edrei, the Israeli army’s Arab spokesman, announced the successful interception of a drone in the Mediterranean Economic Zone by the Sa’ar-6 frigate in cooperation with Israeli warplanes.
According to media reports, the drone attack was carried out at dawn Tuesday from Lebanon.
This marks the Lebanese resistance movement Hezbollah’s second drone attack in the Mediterranean Sea, with the apparent intention of targeting the Israeli regime’s gas fields in the region.
The Israeli regime’s army believes the interception of this drone foiled a potentially devastating attack on the gas field.
Israeli officials have started carrying out investigations into the incident and are on high alert for any further threats from Hezbollah in the region.
