ISWNews Analysis Group: At the same time the biggest Muslims gathering is taking places, i.e., Arbaein, Saudi government is preparing festivals starting from 17 October for 70 days.
For these festivals 12 regions and 100 events are planned.
Saudi government is trying to dim the glory of Arbaein which is the biggest gathering of people of all races, religious orders and nations by holding different events at the same time.
