ISWNews Analysis Group: Trump in his speech among US soldiers and in presence of Afghan President in Bagram airbase announced to resume talks with Taliban.
Donald Trump, the US President, in a surprise visiting Bagram airbase in Afghanistan for Thanksgiving, said:
– US resumed talks with Taliban and Taliban wants to reach peace with Washington.
– Number of US troops will decrease to 8,600.
– Peace happens in Afghanistan, only if nests of terrorism be destroyed out of Afghanistan. If Taliban wants peace agreement, they should accept ceasefire.
P.S. Humiliation is when Afghan President goes to occupiers base and stands behind US president and listens to his speech with tied hands…
