ISWNews Analysis Group: After a month of talk between USA and Taliban, local sources reported of Hibatullah Akhundzada, leader of Taliban, agreed with plan of decreasing the violence for seven days.

Decreasing the violence in important towns of Afghanistan will be started if USA also signs the peace agreement which results in foreign forces leaving USA during the seven days.
What Taliban means by decreasing violence is that they won’t attack cities, perform suicide attacks and block the important routes.
It is said Hibatullah Akhundzada made the decision after long discussions with leaders and consultants.
It is not clear yet whether if both sides have agreed on it or no.
