Syrian Army Starts Ground Operation In Eastern Ghouta, Captures Four Locations (Map)

On February 25, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and its allies started a ground phase of their operation against militants in the Eastern Ghouta region, near Damascus.
Since the start of the operation in the morning, the SAA had already liberated the locations of Nashabiyah Hazrama, Tal Farzat and Salehiya.
The advance is activelly supported by Syrian warplanes and helicopters.
Local National Defense Forces units provide an assistance to the advancing units of the SAA and the Tiger Forces.
