Latest Updates on Libya; 7 May 2020

1. Misrata:
According to the field source, the LNA has sent a large military convoy from the Ajdabia city to the Sirte with air covering of several Mirage fighter jets. There is possibility of doing an operation by the LNA to seizing the Misrata.

2. GNA sources claimed that 1,200 of Russian Wagner forces are fighting in Libya, in support of the LNA.

3. The LNA drones bombed the airport runway and the GNA weapon depot in the Zawarah city.

4. Tripoli:
Clashes between the GNA and the LNA continue in the Abu-Saleem axis.
During LNA bombardments in this axis, 6 people killed and 11 others wounded.

5. The LNA drones bombed the Majer base in Zalitan (northwest of Libya) and Gharyan (in south of Tripoli).

6. Col. Muhammad Qanouno, the GNA spokesman:
During the past 24 hours, our drones carried out 12 attacks against the enemy, including 9 attacks against al-Watiyah airbase. During these attacks, 13 of Haftar militants were killed and 5 military vehicles have been destroyed.
