Rocket attack on Ain Al Asad Airbase
ISWNews Analysis Group: Iraqi resistance groups fired at least five rockets at Ain Al Asad Airbase in western Iraq’s Anbar province.
The attack came two days after the Iraqi Resistance coordination room issued a statement warning the US occupiers that they would resume operations if the United States did not withdraw.
According to the ISWNews, the Iraqi Resistance groups used Falaq 1 rockets in this attack. The Falaq 1 rocket has a range of about 10 km and with a warhead of 50 kg, and its destructive radius is up to 100 meters.
