On the 26th day of fighting, clashes between Palestinian fighters and Israeli army forces continued inside the Gaza Strip. The clashes on Wednesday, like the previous day, were focused on the axes of Beit Hanoun, Al-Toam (Tawam) in the north of Gaza City and Juhar al-Dik and al-Zaytoun areas in the south of Gaza City.

Israeli sources claim that Israeli forces are advancing in the south of Gaza City, as well as in the north of Gaza in the al-Toam area and the Salah al-Din street. On the other hand, Palestinian sources deny this news and stated that the clashes continue sporadically and the attacks of the Israeli army have been repelled in different axes.

Nevertheless, summarizing the available information indicates that the Israeli forces have succeeded in making partial advances in some areas. These advances are not as much as stated by Israeli sources, but in any case, it seems that some changes have taken place.

In the axis of Beit Hanoun, Israeli forces are present in the eastern areas of the city and it seems that they have stabilized their positions. In the northern axis of Gaza City, the clashes are still going on around al-Atatra and al-Toam neighborhoods, and the clashes have been extended around al-Nasr Street. In the southern axis, which is considered to be the most important axis of the battles, the Israeli forces have crossed the Salah al-Din street and are advancing along the al-Zaytoun neighborhood in the south of Gaza City. The goal of the Israeli army to advance on this axis is to reach al-Rashid Street and the Gaza coast and completely encircle Gaza City from the south. Considering the terrain situation of the region and the heavy air cover provided to the Israeli forces, if this trend continues; the siege of Gaza City will be completed soon.

On Wednesday, Israeli warplanes again bombed the Jabalia refugee camp and al-Faluja area. As a result of this barbaric bombing, dozens of people were martyred and injured. It is said that 6 tons of bombs were dropped on people in this attack!

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the number of martyrs in Gaza has increased to more than 8796 people, of which more than 3648 are children and 2290 are women!

Another important event today was the 4th and 5th Yemeni drone and missile attacks against the positions of the Zionist occupiers in occupied Palestine. The armed forces of Yemen fired a number of missiles and drones at the occupied territories on two occasions today, one in the early hours of the day and then in the late hours of Wednesday. Until this moment, there is no accurate information about the amount of damage caused to the Israeli regime; However, due to the cooperation of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan with Israel, as well as the presence of the US warships in the northern Red Sea, as well as the help of various NATO and the US radar systems and AWACS in the middle areas, it seems that most of the Yemeni attacks have been repelled so far.

Of course, it is important to mention that despite the exaggerations made about the volume of Yemeni attacks, these attacks are carried out with a controlled and sometimes limited number. It seems that the resistance axis is testing the enemy’s defense systems and obtaining information about the enemy’s tactics to shoot down ballistic and cruise missiles. Therefore, it is likely that the volume of projectiles sent from Yemen to the occupied territories will gradually increase in the coming days.

On the northern front, artillery duels continue between Hezbollah and Israel. No particular change has been made in the front lines and the intensity of the attacks has been noticeably reduced.
