Israeli Ship Crew Members Hope Gaza War Will End As Soon As Possible To Pave Way For Their Release
A team dispatched by the Red Cross visited the Israeli ship Galaxy Leader, which was seized at the onset of the Yemeni army’s military operation against Israeli-linked ships in the Red Sea, and met with the crew members of this ship.
In this meeting, the ship’s crew, while thanking the officials of the National Salvation Government of Yemen, confirmed that they are in good condition and the treatment of the Yemeni forces has been in accordance with Islamic values and international laws.
The crew members of this ship also confirmed that they are in contact with their families through video and hope that the Gaza war will be stopped as soon as possible and they will also be released.
The Yemeni armed forces have been carrying out their military efforts in support of Palestine against the Israeli regime since October 19, 2023, and have so far carried out more than 100 missile and drone operations against Israeli positions in occupied Palestine.
These measures have entered the phase of a large-scale naval operation in the Arab Sea, the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean with the seizure of the Israeli ship Galaxy Leader on November 19, 2023, and have seriously affected the movement of US, British, Israeli commercial and military ships as well as companies affiliated to them.
