Latest Military Situation In Khiam Front (Map)
Israeli army’s 210th Brigade have once again attacked the al-Hamamas hill and Sardeh Farm since Tuesday afternoon, and with heavy air support succeeded in reaching the southeastern outskirts of Khiam.
The southeastern areas of al-Khiam town consist of open lands and farms, and the Israeli regime’s army can advance there using Merkava tanks. Furthermore, Hezbollah positions in al-Hamamas, which overlook the surrounding areas, have been destroyed by the Israeli airstrikes.
The border village of al-Wuzani has also been evacuated since the beginning of the clashes, and the Israeli military forces have not conducted any advances in this area aside from the destruction of mosques.
Clashes are underway in the Al wati’ah and Khallet al-Asafir areas located southeast of Khiam. Hezbollah has so far destroyed two Merkava tanks and a Hermes 900 drone in this front. Additionally, the gatherings of Israeli forces behind the frontline are under artillery fire.
