Italian FM’s Promise to General Haftar

In the negotiations and travels of diplomats of Libya and foreign supports, Luigi Di Maio met with Gen. Haftar in Benghazi.
It is said that Italian FM promised Gen. Haftar to stop Turkey to military intervene in Libya.
We should see if LNA operation in Tripoli will end up in conflict between supportive countries such as Russia, Italy and Turkey.
