Islamic World News Analysis Group; after tensions in relations between Pakistan and USA in the last few months and suspension of US financial aids to Pakistan, officials of Pakistan believe their alliance is over.

Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Paki Foreign Minister says: “After suspension of US financial aids to Islam Abad, our alliance is over but Washington should know that Pakistan is not alone and we have other options for alliance.

We have relations from 2001 but we should confess that accompanying US in war against Afghanistan was the biggest mistake, since this war created terrorism in Pakistan and USA does not appreciate our victims in war against terrorism.

Haqqani network’s activity does not mean Islam Abad approves them. Haqqani network is active in tribal areas and in some regions, they work under different names; Pakistan government did not help them but also acted against them.”

Recently US officials claim that if Pakistan does not stand against Taliban and Haqqani network seriously, they suspend their financial aids to Pakistan. US government after Trump’s threats, suspended 225 million USD of their financial aids to Pakistan.

Therefore, Ahsan Iqbal, Minister for Interior announces Pakistan’s plan to ban activities of illegal groups specially those which collect donations. Expressing Pakistan’s independence, he says this plan does not implement under US pressure.

Based on this plan, Jama’at ud Da’wah led by Hafiz Muhammad Saeed is in list of illegal groups again.
