Russian president Vladimir Putin talked on phone with Azerbaijan president

Azerbaijani media reported that the presidents talked about the conflict at Tovuz-Tavush border between Azerbaijan and Armenia last month.
As mentioned before, following the joint military drill of Turkey and Azerbaijan and dismissing pro-Russia officials in Azerbaijan, Baku needed to get confidence of Russia back.
Moscow rejected Yereavn ‘s proposal of a joint military drill a while ago.
