Since the beginning of the conflict, Palestinian resistance groups have fired more than 4000 rockets of various types into the occupied territories, of which about 1800 rockets have successfully passed the Israeli air defense systems and hit targets.
Israeli warplanes have also carried out more than 2000 airstrikes on various parts of Gaza Strip.
