Israel missile attack on Latakia + Images
ISWNews Analysis Group: Early on December 6, Israeli warplanes attacked container yard of the commercial port of Latakia with several missiles.
According to a Syrian military source, “at about 1:23 am (local time), the Israeli enemy carried out an air aggression with several missiles from the direction of the Mediterranean, southwest of Latakia, targeting the container yard in the commercial port of Latakia. The aggression led to the burning of a number of commercial containers in the aforementioned place.”
According to ISWNews field sources from Syria, one person was killed and nine others were injured in the attack.
On November 24, Israeli warplanes also used Lebanese airspace to target areas in Homs province, killing three Syrian soldiers and wounding seven others.
