Terrorist Attack to Mali Army Base

ISWNews Analysis Group: According to Mali army officials, due to a terrorist attack to I-N-Delimane base in Minaka area near border of Niger, 53 soldiers and one civilians were killed.
No group has took the responsibility of the attack so far but Boko Haram is the main suspect.
