ISWNews Analysis Group: Turkish army troops in al-Surman observation post, east of Maarat al-Numan, Idlib province started evacuating the post and leaving it to Syrian army.

Turkish Army in close contact with terrorist groups in Idlib province turned the observation posts into safe place for terrorists which is against the Astana agreement and application of the observation posts.

ISWNews Analysis Group: Following the Syrian Army advances in south of Idlib province new area such as Farwan, Kersenti, Qarati and Saqi’ah were liberated.
