Latest updates on Jawf fronts, 4 February 2020
ISWNews Analysis Group: Clashes between Ansar Allah and Saudi coalition continue in 3 main axes in Jawf province.
1. Ghayl axis:
The engagements continue in the skirt of Yam and Saqiyah heights and Ansar Allah is defending.
2. Maslub and Motun axis:
Saudi coalition forces attacked Ansar Allah in Maslub district but did not achieve anything. Heights Ham, Sadba and Jar’ub in Motun district are under the coalition’s heavy attacks under support of their airforce but so far in vain.
3. Khab and Shaaf axis:
Ansar Allah launched some attacks with the help of local tribes to put pressure on Saudi coalition in this front.
The situation is not clear in Khalaq district. In despite that ISWNews confirmed Ansar Allah’s reign in this district, Ansar Allah’s full control is not confirmed until details are reported.
