ISWAP attack on Nigerian Army convoy, Dozens killed + Images
ISWNews Analysis Group: Dozens of Nigerian soldiers have been killed as a result of attack by Islamic State West Africa Province terrorists on a Nigerian Army convoy in Borno State.
According to ISIS official media, ISAWP terrorists used a suicide car bomb to attack a Nigerian Army convoy on the outskirts of Malam Fatori and completely destroyed the convoy.
The attack took place on Saturday, December 11, and killed a number of Nigerian soldiers and destroyed at least four military vehicles.
The Malam Fatori region is located on the Nigerian border with Niger and Chad and is currently under intense attack by ISIS elements. There have been several clashes in the region in recent days, and the Nigerian military is still trying to clear its border areas of ISWAP and Boko Haram.
