Two IED attacks on US convoys in Iraq

ISWNews Analysis Group: On March 15, the Iraqi resistance groups attacked two logistical convoys of US Army in the provinces of Basrah and Muthanna with roadside bombs.
The Iraqi resistance group “Katibat al-Sabiqun” claimed responsibility for the attack in Basra province by releasing a video.
According to data obtained by ISWNews, this is the 52nd attack by Iraqi resistance groups on US logistical convoys in 2022.
