Strengthening and Establishing New Trenches in the Border of Iraq and Syria by Hashad Sha’abi

Islamic World News Analysis Group: After continuing retreats by SDF from Baghuz region and following ISIS advances toward Iraq border, Hashad Sha’abi is erecting new earthworks and strengthening the current ones in the border of Syria and Iraq.
During the last week ISIS advanced in Susah and Baghuz regions and reached Iraq border.
Thus, more of Iraqi Army and Hashad Sha’abi(PMU) units were deployed to the border to defend possible ISIS attack.
On Thursday, fifth brigade of Hashad Sha’abi in west Anbar axes strengthened the earthworks and erected new observation posts for security forces in the border with Syria.
