Israeli Army Attacks Continue In Rab Al-Thalathin And Taibah (Map)
After the heavy attack by the 98th division of the Israeli army on the village of Markaba yesterday, the forces stationed on the eastern front of Rab Al-Thalathin also initiated their attack.
The Israeli army’s infantry forces have begun advancing in this area with air support since yesterday evening. In response, Hezbollah’s anti-armor unit has engaged the Israeli tanks. They have successfully destroyed three Merkava tanks with anti-armor guided missiles in Tal al-Aqaba, located in the east of Rab Al-Thalathin and the lands between Rab Al-Thalathin and Taibah.
The attack on the southern part of Taibah village started this morning. Hezbollah successfully neutralized the Israeli army’s attacks in this area through armed conflict.
In addition to these clashes, Hezbollah’s missile forces have crushed the gatherings of Israeli soldiers in the town of Kiryat Shemona, Misgav Aam, Marj base and around the border village of Al-Udaysah and Khale al-Asaker in the west of Al-Udaysah (3 times) with rocket attacks. Israeli fighter jets also attacked various buildings in Rab Al-Thalathin and Taibah more than 10 times.
The villages of Taibah, Rab Al-Thalathin, and Markaba serve as Hezbollah’s primary defense line in this area. It is crucial to maintain this line in order to counter any future advances by the Israeli army in southern Lebanon. These areas are strategically located, allowing Hezbollah to inflict heavy casualties and mount a strong defense by using anti-armor missiles and rockets.
